Directions, Parking & Checking In
To arrive at Refresh Skin and Laser, located at 10737 Rosebank Place in Chilliwack, BC, please take Prest Road north from Trans-Canada Highway. Travel north on Prest until reaching Yale Road East at a “T” intersection. Turn right on Yale Road East and drive approximately 2km. Turn Left on Reeves and bear Left at the immediate fork in the road. Drive on Reeves Road until arriving at a stop sign for Camp River Road. Turn Left on Camp River Road and drive approximately 1.5km until Rosebank Place. Turn onto Rosebank place and find 10737 located 100m ahead on the left. Upon passing through the black gates to this beautiful private acreage, you will see our clinic immediately on the Left of the driveway. We offer a large, private and secure area to park directly in front of our Refresh Skin and Laser clinic.
Please enjoy the scenery throughout your drive. We have purposely built a standalone clinic surrounded by farm fields, rivers and mountains away from the city to enhance the comforting and natural approach we believe in at Refresh Skin and Laser.
With an initial booking confirmation, patients will complete an online registration form through our secure booking site managed by JaneApp.com. This secure site meets the most stringent standards for cyber security and privacy, with all data being securely stored on servers physically located in Canada. Using the link to JaneApp.com, you can return anytime to manage current and future bookings. This information is guarded as part of your patient record. Login to this account prior to your scheduled appointment to input or update your contact information and health history. Alternatively, you may arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out intake forms or update your personal information. Please ensure you have disclosed all current medical history. Your confidential patient file will include your personal health number. Please ensure we have your up-to-date address, email and contact information. Any paper forms are secured in onsite at Refresh Skin and Laser in a 24/7 live-video monitored gated facility.
We request our patients register 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. You will be greeted by our concierge staff and welcomed to enjoy a refreshment while you wait in our comfortable, private waiting area. Your care provider will meet you and escort you to your treatment room.
We charge a Consultation fee of $150. This can be applied to any treatment done that day and that day only. Any cancellations or no shows within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a practioners sitting fee of $150 (including all Botox and dermal filler treatment). If the treatment cost is less than $150, then the fee will be the full cost of the missed treatment.
Late Arrivals, Cancellations & Missed Appointments – Web Terms
To ensure optimal care and treatment experience, our care providers reserve the right to reschedule late arrivals of more than 15 minutes. Refresh Skin and Laser may retain treatment deposits should you not arrive in a timely manner. Refresh Skin and Laser requires two business days (48hrs) cancellation notice to return a deposit. Appointment confirmations will be made two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatment deposits are non-refundable if patients fail to appear. A “no- show” fee will apply if you fail to appear to your confirmed appointment time. Refresh Skin and Laser reserves the right to refuse service to any person.
Deposits, Payments & Returns
Product and treatment costs are disclosed at the time of consultation and will be clarified prior to treatment. Depending on the procedure, a deposit may be taken at the time of booking. Deposits will be applied in full to the balance of your bill on the day of your consultation, are refundable with a minimum of two business days’ cancellation notice and may be retained, as disclosed, failing to meet the above requirements. The balance owing for products and services will be due at the time of treatment. Prices for services are set and are non-negotiable.
We accept cash, Debit, Visa, and Master Card. We do not accept trade for services or 3rd party gift cards. We are committed to ensuring skin care satisfaction. Exchanges must be made in person at Refresh Skin and Laser.
